service person Tatiana was brilliant and worked with me to resolve the situation. The upshot was that she only charged me an additional $15 for postage, sent me another that would fit (it does), and that arrived today. She told me not to bother returning the smaller coat so I gave that to someone who had a much smaller dog and was not wealthy. I am so appreciative, and such service and response is rare.
