Have the soap holder, how on earth do U put the little locking square on, I have tried and tried

I am a Mechanical Engineer, and I have over 8 Fusion-Loc products, but I have a problem with several now after they have fallen from my Ceramic Tiled Walls, they just will not re-seal they keep coming off. I have repeatedly used Metholated Spirits to clean the sticking areas, but nothing is working, so can you PLEASE give me a solution

What are the plastic pieces taped to the Fusion-Loc pump used for?

I am reluctant to use adhesive discs as I wonder whether they will damage our porous surface. Does the disc come off easily or does a residue remain?

Hi i bought the black small towel rail. The grey rubbers keep falling out of the square unit holders. How can this be fixed please?

I love the look of the hair straightener and hairdryer holder. My bathroom has painted walls where I want to mount it. I am dubious about using the adhesive stickers on plaster walls as that is reliant on the integrity of the paint . I'd like to screw the holder to the wall. Is that possible ?

My fusion lock has been fabulous in the caravan but recently fell off leaving a square mark like bubble underneath. It hasn't quite split yet but looks like it will. Someone told me to pin it and use a hair-dryer. Is this a solution you would advise. Thank you ali Wright.

Multiple adhesive discs have come off non-porous walls in my caravan (shower, above toilet and the kitchen area) causing the fushion loc shelves to fall off - generally walls that have been in direct sunlight on the outside. Is there a fix for this?

Hi I have bought several fusion loc products for our new home. Not one of them will stay stuck. I have used the adhesive sticker on the tiles and also on melamine. The stickers stick and I put the plate on with correct pumping. It stays on. When I put the cup or soap holder or other item on the whole lot except for adhesive falls off. I have tried several different methods but with the same result. Going nuts now, could all be faulty??
