It works okay but you have to change the battery every 3 months and has now stopped working – I am somewhat disappointed with the Garmin HRM 4. defeats the purpose of having a heart rate monitor on my watch in the first place, but that is another review for another day. Additionally, there are some connectivity issues which are bit annoying. It occasionally loses connection with my device, causing disruptions during my workouts and making it hard to rely on. Four years after purchasing it, it stopped working altogether and will need to get a new one. Overall, the Garmin HRM 4 has been an annoying and unreliable accessory. I would advise doing more research on similar products that may work best for a lower cost.
