GE Money Low Rate MasterCard

Great difficulty in obtaining refund – GE Money Low Rate MasterCard (Latitude) demand immediate payment when money is owed to them, however they don't apply the same policy when the reverse is the case... FIVE WEEKS and still waiting for a REFUND.. The old Cherry..Chq got lost in the post etc, please supply details ''AGAIN?

Credit card – I don't know why people r complaining if u got given a high limit! Don't use it simple ! Good card never a issuie even when I was unemployed I used my card just what I needed ( self control people ) and as for coustomer care if u pay your card and balance u need never correspond with them

Terrible – Worse than AMEX. Save the stress, do without or save. Credit cards are a trap but this is the mother of them all. extremely easy to get very high interest, no rewards. will be paying off for 4 life times. Very quick to add penalty rates for being even 1 day late with payment. Will ring morning, noon and night constantly if payment is late. Rude.

Disgusting – Foul customer service, criminally high interest rates and staff that will screw you over the moment you look twice. Staff are clearly well trained in double talking Go elsewhere. Do not even think about using this disgraceful service. I don't know how the people who work here sleep at night. Extremely high interest rates, lying staff and no customer care.

Excellent – accepted any where not to bad interest rate customer service is great easy to deal with and accepting of payment mistakes no account fees and helpful customer service reward need to be better

takes for ever to pay them back in most cases the staff they were not much use they could not help me with what i needed so yeah dont go there if you dont have to its a waste of your time and money

OK – This card does have a low interest rate but I got rid of it pretty quickly as you have a very hard time getting a worthwhile credit limit from them. I earn $50k a year with a perfect credit history and was offered a limit of $1500...what was the point? No rewards program and lack of customer service made me pretty unenthused about the card.
