The staff member [Name Removed] charged me twice for a service I did not agree upon. The service from their description was not thorough and I could hear a staff member being patronising to me in the background of their phone call. They take your card details and charge you immediately even before a consultation. They lied and said their offices are in Bondi Junction when they are really in Liverpool. They take your computer and hold it ransom until you are forced to pay. The address listed on Google Maps is wrong, nothing exists there, it is a fake, scam operation.
