I've been using this medical software for 6 months. I'm not that impressed by it. The interface is very buggy. The chief concern is how the cursor suddenly jumps to somewhere else without warning. This has caused me to delete notes inadvertently and prescribe the wrong dosages of medications all of which are liabilities. I haven't found the help desk or the company very helpful in taking this concern seriously or with providing good solutions. I would recommend another practice software to other people

Abysmal customer service – I am over 5 months into trying to change over from Pracsoft/MD to Gentu. To say this has been a frustrating process is an understatement. If you are considering changing over, I would highly recommend you have someone on your team who can liaise with the migration team on a daily basis. In my experience, I have had to email a question or information to them at least 2 to 3 times as they just don't reply (this is not an exaggeration, sadly). And, now, you can't even make a complaint on the website as it has been taken over by a company called Magentus where there are NO contact details, other than a generic 'phone number, for any of the managers.

Considering the amount we have to pay to use it, the service is exceedingly poor.

I think the Gentu product itself seems okay. But I wouldn't be able to say for sure because I still can't use it live......

I do hope someone from Gentu sees this and passes my review on to management.

Mediocre performance – It does the basic jobs. However, I wouldn't recommend it to any practitioners if they ask me. It's an app still under development but already started to sell it. Constantly found bugs here and there, having problems emailing, not very user-friendly...etc. It makes you wonder if they even have a test team because they would activate some updates and make the app worse than before. Reported the problem but they would not fix them (or maybe it takes time to fix them). Unless the pricing is very convincing, I would go for other solutions if you ask me.
