service was poor. They did the hard sell to buy extra products. Those products were a complete waste of money. SEO generation and maintenance was non existent.

I cancelled the service, complained through my backside. They sent an invoice after the cancellation 9 months later. Then demanded I pay it. I refused so they’ve sent me to a debt collection agency. Now I have no choice.

Very very very poor product and service. Do not waste your money.

Waste of Time and $$$ – Be aware that near the end of your contract they will continue charging your credit card even if you cancel.. I had told the account manager I will be stopping at 6months, they continued to charge the bank account. They sign you on to a contract for 6 months minimum, they don't communicate or provide appointments that can line up with your schedule either, they just fix it for the term.

GET AWAY – Get away from them. I received a cold call, where the company made empty promises about handling my Google Ads campaigns, but they didn’t add anything until two weeks later. years later, I received a legal bill for three weeks of unused service, which has already been paid. I do not recommend this company and advise everyone to steer clear. If anyone reads this, please avoid this company, as it seems everyone experiences the same according to other reviews.

Beware of this business – Caution: This business is highly unreliable. They will lure you in with a polished introduction, but once you sign the 3-month contract, they won't deliver any services or create campaigns for you. If you try to cancel after just one month, they will send you to debt collection and demand more payment than necessary.

No communication, constantly missed appointments – I spent a decent amount of money with this company to help boost my google ads account. They promised everything and didn't deliver on anything. My costs were not even recovered from the 6 months I was with them. Very disappointing and would not recommend them to anyone. They did no work on my account for the first month and it was only until i chased them up that they admitted that they forgot. Poor communication, poor results.

Can't Fault them Yet – I had a great initial call with Tom who is the strategy manager and he was able to idenitfy why my SEO had gone down so muchabout 6 months ago. Started with using them for SEO and have now brought on Adwords management and have been really happy with the service and results so far.

LOW SKILL AMATEURS – A girl in sales named Catherine has no idea what she is talking about. Uses buzzwords without understanding what any of it means. This company seems to have grown to a size where they are trying to automate it but all they have done is add layers of clueless staff upon each other covering probably a handful of staff who login onto ahrefs once in a while or google ads to setup a campaign (which isnt hard). Avoid at all costs!!

We have tried to contact getmoretraffic.com.au on numerous occasions and been met with empty promises to fix the lack of service and poor communication and then radio silence, nothing has been addressed and the usual zero communication. Based on our experience with getmoretraffic.com.au we can only assume getmoretraffic.com.au it is boiler room, scamming the unwary. We have never experienced such non existent service and/or communication as that of getmoretraffic.com.au. A pretty low bar to meet. If get more traffic had not provided the paltry $50 of deliverables it would be straight "wire fraud" they are working hard at utilizing the loophole and working hard at not much else. We would strongly suggest never accepting a call from anyone claiming to be from getmoretraffic.com.au unless of course you enjoy throwing your money away. Spread the word and prevent getmoretraffic.com.au creating more financial damage.

Another [content removed] Ad agency – I was cold called by Get More Traffic and sold the dream before being transferred to an 'expert'. They set up one Google Ad, told me i was not on a contract and kept charging me and feeding us garbage info, stats and delaying our cancelation requests. Only way I could stop them charging our credit card was to dispute and block them via our bank. I spoke to several other customers who had left reviews who had the same experience.

Early stage has been great – So far, Tyson (initial person I talked to) was so knowledgeable and easy to chat to. Got to the point and didn’t stuff around. No fluff. Black and white. was my second stop to the process and again, just made things so easy to understand and when I asked for his honest professional option, I got it. Again didn’t seem like the stuff around kind of guy. I like that it seems like real people wanting to just get it done. None of it seemed rushed, none of it seemed to be about what they suggest or what they think I need to do. They let me lead the convo. So far so good. Have high expectations team ;)

Never Again – Slow. Unprofessional. Very little communication. NO RESULTS. DO NOT TOUCH THIS GROUP. THey will just take your money and make up excuses as to why things haven't been done, and then blame you, THE CLIENT, when you have the emails showing you'd sent the info they so badly needed! Unfortunately another short-sighted Adwords Agency – I see that I am not the only one that has been charged for weeks without the team doing anything. They then refuse to credit me for future work when they do set the account up. They would rather take the money than work with us for an entire season of ad spend. Received professional and prompt service – Had a great experience. On-boarding was faultless. At every stage of the process I felt they demonstrated their expertise and understood my requirements for my site werk.com.au

Worst companny ever – They take your money but don't service you. Everything set set up was wrong and didnt work. eventually the adds were stopped by google. DON'T use this company

2 weeks paid for no work – I signed up two weeks ago and I see no work at all. They took almost a week to accept my invitation on AdWords and the only thing they did was a campaign with a dynamic search with no extensions, call-outs, and no keywords... The worst campaign I have ever seen. I request to talk with somebody, let's see how long they take. So far it's been 2 weeks paid with 0 Work from their side.

My contact left the business and I was still receiving the weekly generated email from them but no other contact was made until I called 4 weeks later, after sending many email messages. As others here have said, avoid like the plague – Promised so much to get you to sign on then are absolutely impossible to get hold of once they have your cash. Get More Traffic - don't waste your hard earned money – Great sales pitch and then did not deliver on anything, nor did they respond to emails or phone calls. The worst service company we have ever encountered. Please do not use - save your money.

These guys are a scam – Awful. We paid 4.5k over 5 months for seo work and all we got was excuses and lies - nothing at all done, zero content added to our website. Spend your small business dollars anywhere but here.

Bad Company – I don't write reviews for any business around , but this company is a bad company. We send message to all business around us to don't be fooled by this company. They charge you every week for nothing and they have an excuse for every week.

They'll promise the world and just not deliver – The sales team promised me the world, convinced me of all the value they could add. I signed up early December and terminated mid February after seeing almost no effort on their side. My contact person was on leave for several weeks and when I started asking for demonstration of what they were doing, they just didn't respond. STAY AWAY would be my advice.
