do it. this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! They KNOW you will cancel if you are reminded closer to the time! Now I have been charged 250 USD which is a lot of money for me, and even though I have not even logged in or used it even once, and it was only a few days after the charge, they telling me NO REFUNDS. UNETHICAL and exploitive.

Money grabbing scam – I had a very unpleasant experience with Glo Yoga. I tried their 7 day free trial and on the morning of the 7th day I tried to cancel the subscription but instead another offer popped up for 3 months subscription instead of the cancellation box and I accidentally clicked “yes” as I was simply expecting a cancellation confirmation box to appear. contacted customer support right away to explain the situation. They said that they cannot refund any of the charges and now I am stuck with 4 months of membership. Any other company I dealt with would promptly refund no questions asked, since I haven’t used their service for at least the past 2 days, but they clearly want to grab all the money they can get their hands on.

Scam Scam Scam!!! – They sign you up for a one year membership that costs $370 with only a 7 day free trial and there’s no way you can get any of that money back even! I contacted Appl several times on the first day I was charged and their response is strictly no refunds if you want to cancel and get 11 months of money back. Free trial is a scam – Glo yoga advertise a free trial through the App Store. billing me for a monthly membership for the last six months . It has been a nightmare trying to cancel this through their American web developer which I never signed up with .They will not refund monies even though I have never use the app and didn’t even know I had it . They are not very nice people to deal with and in my opinion it is a scam so I would advise do not join this yoga app .Down Dog is the best app.
