perfect for gentle exercise – Bought this for my elderly Mother, who is not very mobile and has had knee replacements, broken hip and pelvis. alzheimers and her balance and steadinesse is extremly impaired. I have noted a marked improvement in both aspects and I find that I have had improvement in my own steadiness and a improvement in leg cramps since using the machine.

very gental and relaxing – i would not exactly call it exercise. but for people who can not walk to good or at all, i do believe that the gentel motion is soothing and relaxing and will help the blood circulation in the feet. and that has got to be good. my 94 year old mother likes it. machine is a lot noisier than i expected. Show details

Did 10’000 steps as dozed off! – Omg I fell asleep with my feet on it and only got it yesterday. Well I doubted it was working at all … tonight my thigh muscles and calf muscles are sore and stiff so yes lol it works.Anyone who has done 10,000 steps would know how sore I am.Dont abuse it as it is passive exercise but great if living a sedentary lifestyle. Very good but noisy – Only received it today but seems to be working well for my husband, who walks very little. None of the reviews mention noise and I was surprised to hear a constant "whirring" which is quite loud. Is this a general issue or is mine a problem? Show details

Its okay. Just a bit slow – I like it but would have preferred it to have quicker movement. Very slow. I don't feel as if I have done any work with it. Adjustable speed would be a good idea.

LegXercise Pro is Great! Thanks! – Yes, it is really good, use it watching Olympics - lots! Also while having lunch, carefully with my cuppa, and did 9000 steps last night - in 2 lots! Again watching the wonderful Olympics, have square eyes....

It is very relaxing. I like it – I use it at my computer desk and find it very relaxing. The movement gently involve all the muscle groups in the legs. An added bonus is that it is very light and easily moved if needed. I like it.
