I ordered two devices. One for myself and one for my daughter as we both sometimes have problems to sleep. I tried it with my daughter but she don't liked it. It tickles to much for her. It just takes a bit of practice to position it correctly in your palm in order to get the maximum benefit. CalmCarry has a good range of intensity options that I think would suit most people. I use both low and high levels depending on the day and how I feel. It gives a similar sensation to a tens machine. I also purchased the sleep mask at the same time and have been equally happy with that. The mask is soft, comfortable and does a wonderful job of blocking any light.
