A Credit Card for you to be happy with

I've had my Go Latitude Mastercard now for over 7 months and have not been happier with the interest rate, the 6 month interest free terms on items over $250 and the customer service which include bonus offers. I have had many cards over the years but honestly this one is very good. Hope you agree. Just try it. Show details

Shamble and Scam Go Master

This is a shamble and the most fraudulent credit card company I have ever come across. There is no clear explanation as to their contract term and purchases. They most times varies the repayment to prolong the repayment period and enable them to continue charging outrageous and ridiculous interest on the account. They did it on my wife's account2, the issue is ongoing, I am not backing down for them. The staffs are so unprofessional and lacks good customer service, many of them have no knowledge of the account processing. It is unbelievable that AFCA and ASIC is allowing them to continue trading, I guess it's because of their company tax. I move that FSA withdraw their their licence. Show details

Dodgiest company. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

All I wanted to do was pay my debt out. After 9 months of constant calling(to be on hold for an eternity, to be hung up on or to get someone promise an email and would never follow through/lied), a million emails I finally paid it out. Still, there has never been anything professional or official from them. Anyone who goes through this company will regret it. To be honest, I’m surprised they’re still legally allowed to be in business. They almost felt like dealing with a bad scam the whole time. Show details

Worst Decision of my LIFE

I don't even know what possessed me to ever consider applying for this card. Not only was the application a monumental stress and extremely drawn out process but it was highly unprofessional invasive and baffling. Could not discourage you anymore from applying for this card they have done absolutely nothing since the data breach the whole company is a joke. Save yourself and look elsewhere Show details

Never get this card

Never get any credit card from Latitude. They are so unprofessional, if someone wants to close the account, they give so many excuses and refuses to close the account and ignore the customers request to close the account. Show details

When trying to pay for something they lock the card saying suspicious activity which is fine. Problem is you can not get anybody to even answer your call. Can take days to sort out. Show details

Dodgy 6 month interest free

Their 6-Month interest free is dodgy and if you have 2 sets of 6 Months interest free say for April-May and May-June and if you make a payment toward them they don’t allocate the money you paid equally or even they don’t allow you to choose how much you want to pay for each set!
I’ve made a $800 toward my $1100 (6 m interest free) and the $3200 (6 m interest free) ! It should be allocated toward both of them!!!
BUT the whole amount went toward my $1100 set! Which extremely annoying.
They are making sure you end up paying interest on your accounts!!! They do their best to make you pay interest on your accounts!
Soooooo dodgy!!!
