Gold Coast Shuttle

As a group of 7, including a toddler in a pram and an 8 year old, we booked a transfer from Coolangatta Airport to the Gold Coast. The 'Gold Coast Shuttle' service was fantastic. They tracked our flight and met us at the airport before we picked up our luggage. Our driver even assisted with our bags. The taxi was very clean and well-looked after, and the car seat for the toddler was there in place. The return trip also went off without a hitch. It was all handled in a very professional and friendly manner. And as a bonus, they actually answer the phone, so no more going in circles trying to get information! Highly recommend.
Follow-up · Martin, our driver, was standing where we exited, holding a tablet with our name in big letters. A tip for big groups - be upfront about your requirements and about how much luggage you have, including prams etc so there are no surprises for the operator. The children on the ride from the airport were super excited and a little noisy but happy noise. And although not required by law, we were very, very happy that the taxi had seatbelts and a baby seat. This contained the children as well as making it safer for all of us.
