Horrible customer experience
I ordered a condolence hamper for a friend who had a family member suddenly pass. You would think under these circumstances they would go above and beyond to deliver the hamper. I was advised the driver couldn’t locate the address (despite other companies being able to deliver to this address within 24 hours) and they were not able to get the delivery company to try a second time. They said they left it at the post office and contacted my friend but it has now been returned as it wasn’t picked up. Weeks later the hamper still hasn’t been delivered. So very disappointed with the service. Will never use this company again.
The only thing Gourmet is the price
Ordered a sympathy basket for an elderly neighbour who lives in a house where it can be left by Courier. Not only was it not attempted to be left, the parcel was left at the Post Office and a note saying she would have to collect it was delivered. Natasha in customer service didn’t care and just blamed Australia Post, even though it was supposed to be delivered by Star Track (which is all over the website). Very misleading advertising

Ordered a gift basket well in advance, thinking that would ensure it would arrive on the date I requested.
No it didn't, still waiting, now 2 days after nominated date. Reason for gift now spoiled.
They blame the delivery service, Australia Post , (very surprised to see thats who they use,) but on looking at the progress of the present, or should i say lack of progress, it states it was dispatched to them the night before supposed delivery
Why wasn't it dispatched in time to the deli...
A valentines day surprise!!!
Ordered a $140 valentines day gourmet basket as a surprise for my wife on Valentines Day. Despite ordering it well in advance and selecting delivery on Valentines Day (14 Feb), the surprise for my wife will be that it wont actually arrive on Valentines Day (she will be so thrilled not to receive her surprise). Emailed customer support who basically said 'not their problem' and point you at their disclaimers around delays with couriers due to COVID. If that's the case, why take my money and give me 14 Feb as a delivery date. Last time I order via them.
Wine hamper delivered without the wine
I ordered a wine hamper for a Christmas present. It was delivered early without the wine! My email enquiry has been ignored. I will not use them again
Worst business ever
Do not use this company, they only care about money and poor customer service. My order was stolen and they couldn’t offer me a refund or new one
Terrible customer service
Delivered an order a month before preferred delivery date and tried to shift blame to me when the order confirmation clearly stated the date. No ownership of error and a dismal offer of a voucher as compensation. Not surprised they are affiliated with Hampers with Bite as the customer service from both business has been deplorable. I have never dealt with such incompetence, very disappointed
Gourmet Basket cases
Aware that there were transport delays across the country due to COVID and increased use of online ordering, I ordered a Gourmet Basket containing French champagne for my mother's 90th birthday, since I could not visit her as she lives interstate. I placed the order 16 days in advance of required delivery date. Sadly, in spite of the agent's reassurances (I phoned in my order), it was not despatched until the day before required delivery. At this point (4 days later) it still has not arrived. The company has fobbed me off with automated responses. They cannot seem to modify their processes to accommodate expected delays, no matter how much advance warning they have. Don't bother with them.
Ordered on Monday to be delivered on Thursday, emailed and called and eventually found out it hadn't been dispatched at all, no notification.

This company has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are quick, process orders on time, delivery has been on time as requested. Katya from Customer Service has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company. The quality of their products and service is phenomenal. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND and will use again in the future. I have already used twice.
