Stay away – Stay away from this company, absolute rip off, I made the big mistake of not looking into this contract and it has cost me nearly $30k over 5 years for phones that stopped working after 18 months, no support, a complete fraud.

Scam company – Pretended to be telstra and knew I needed an extra line some how so thought it was telstra considering the telstra business card and shirt but now locked into a contract with out dated equipment and line drop outs all the time...so agree with myself for falling for this scam company

GRENKE LEASE – I took a 2 year lease with GRENKE At the end of the lease, early this year, they are still debiting my account. I have emailed and spoken to them many times and they keep debiting!!!

Avoid scam company – Read the Sydney morning herald article in GRENKE . They sign you up to scam leases. After that they don’t want to know about it . Avoid this company . You will regret dealing with them . No one answers the phone nor the emails

Great service – I leased a printer through this company and they were very patient explaining the process and answering all my questions regarding the contract. It is nice to know that when I call with a question on the invoice or any other matter I can talk to my account manager and get everything sorted instead of having to call a helpline or generic number.

Misleading contract – We were offered a phone system with free unlimited calls by their agent. Only received bill for the phone system and never received the unlimited calls. Why would we pay so much for a phone system when we could buy one outright for much less, like $7,000 less. Beware, we know of other people who have had the same experience.

Good company but hidden extras – Undertaken 2 equipment finance packages with Grenke last year, only to discover that they don’t include insurance of the equipment into their repayments. Instead, they slug you with an annual insurance premium just after xmas when you have paid staff their xmas leave. How stupid! Don’t recommend dealing with Grenke as there are plenty of lenders with better terms.
