This establishment offers what is likely the best selection of wines in the country, all at very competitive prices. The service is excellent and the staff is incredibly accommodating. Furthermore, our wine delivery was prompt. I highly recommend them.

Had to raise a disputed transaction with Commbank to get a refund which thankfully was granted when I was able to show the efforts I made to address the transaction.

The site is essentially a scam, do not order.

Really good experience with Grevillea Food & Wine. Ordering was easy and everything went smooth. The wine was spot on and packed nicely, no issues at all. Honestly, was surprised how quick the delivery was to the Goulburn/Canberra area — got it way quicker than expected. Big shoutout to Babu, legend bloke — super helpful and easy to deal with. Order placed October 2025 with no delivery received. Tried to call with no success so sent email and was advised that they were sending a replacement that never arrived. Have sent numerous email with no response and writing this review hoping that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Searched for a specific vintage of Champagne (2014 Piper-Heidsieck), found it explicitly advertised on Grevillea and marked as "In stock". Ordered that Champagne. said I would complain to Consumer Protection (I am sick of these guys doing stuff like this!). He then responded with (paraphrasing'), 'I decided to send you something just as good. There is nothing wrong with what I sent therefore no refund or replacement.' He said 'We advise our customers if they want a specific vintage to call and check first.' That's total [Content Removed] and I did eventually find a small note to that effect on the Refunds FAQ (so you might find it after you've already been screwed).

Babu managed to get a last minute order to me right before Christmas Day, he was extremely helpful with quick & great response time, I will definitely be ordering more through Grevillea in the future!!

Disgraceful customer service. Absolutely avoid placing any online ordering with this company! They do not and have not replied to my email regarding unshipped/missing order! Clearly a sham!

There is no dispatch , there is no reply to emails or calls. I would recommend staying away from, they are cheaper but Babu doesn’t have the stock to ship anything,

I ordered a champagne from grevilleawines.com.au (order #1779) and after a week I did not receive my order or any notifications/updates, I emailed the contact listed on the website babu@grevilleawines.com.au twice and no response, I tried calling the number listed on the website 0401236444 and no answer, I’m not sure what happened with my order and will never purchase from this website again.
