Haneco Viva 110 Multi

Disappointing - lack of truthful information about failing lights – My wife and I purchased a spec built home in Angaston, SA November 2019 fitted out with Haneco LED 9W switchable colour downlights VIVA 110 MULTI. About 12 months ago two of the most used lights failed to come on. Upon changing the setting from ww (warm white) to nw (natural white) they work. But my wife and I want the warm white lighting. On a recent trip to Adelaide I called in on Haneco and was told that the problem would be a break in the switch wiring that can be easily repaired by soldering a wire to complete the connection again. This was NOT the case as the wires connect the switch to the printed circuit board were still all intact - see attached photos. Their warranty against a defect is 3 years. Our failures certainly came within that period but these are only the most used lights. My concerns are that not only was I fobbed off with a story that there was an easy fix but also that over the next few years we could have many more failures which now appear unfixable.
