Havana Dresser Poor Quality – Assembly of dresser is very difficult as instructions advise to assemble the flimsiest parts first and work your way out. This in turn causes the assembly to collapse due to weight and poor quality of board used on dresser. Very bad quality and not worth it
I ahead got a reply and pretty much got told there is nothing fantastic furniture is willing to do to Assist and primarily put the fault down to Myself and not knowing how to assemble the product. This is not the case and the justification was that fantastic furniture sell a lot of this product but that does not mean that they have not been multiple complaints or several complaints regarding the same issues I’m having. I am now out of pocket approximately $500 for another replacement dresser from another company because I refuse to use fantastic furniture for any product ever again nor will I ever recommend your company due to the lack of professionalism and Courtesy shown by fantastic furniture as a business. This complaint has been sent through to the department of fair trading. There was nothing but lack of ownership or willingness to assist in this particular circumstance. I get better and more professional customer service at my local Reject Shop then I did from Fantastic Furniture where all you wish to do as a business is shift blame onto the consumer and accuse them of being incompetent. This is very rude and degrading and will be leaving some very negative feedback on all platforms available regarding fantastic furniture and their lack of support and professionalism
