George whom I spoke to a couple of times and was so helpful over the phone. I had a two month delay due to My Aged Care funding delays but that wasn't a problem for George and Sleeping Electric. The bed was delivered in a week fitting in with my timing schedule. I find the mattress I chose comfortable and the automation of the bed smooth. I have one problem, the remote is easy to use but the buttons on it are a bit small. If you are considering buying an automated bed I Strongly suggest you look at Sleeping Electric for their service and high quality products.

To undertake the feeling of achievement, I put this together myself, though it really is a two-person job. It was a bit of a challenge and I hit a snag when one bolt wouldn’t go into the headboard, but I jumped onto Ecosa Chat Support and they helped me out immediately.

I felt very accomplished once it was finally finished! The bed is great to sleep in; it creaks occasionally and one black leg did fall off once, but I managed to easily put it back on.

Overall, it’s a stylish and practical choice for any renter who wants a high-quality feel without the permanent commitment to the walls. Definitely worth the effort!

years, I can say that both the mattress and the frame are still as great as they were on day one.

So, I decided to buy two bedside tables in the same colour.

The delivery was quick and well organised. The quality of the tables is excellent. There is a slight difference in colour shade between the bed frame and the tables due to the age difference of the frame, but that’s understandable and may change over time.

Very happy with my purchase and with the Ecosa brand overall.
