Don't waste your $ – This machine is rubbish! It has given me nothing but trouble. Although it has an incline function, it seems to give me an error every time I try and use it and then costs me $ to get fixed. get a poor machine, but then to be met by disinterested, unhelpful, surly staff on the phone is beyond disappointing.

I have had York equipment for over 17 years that is used daily and has never failed.

Think carefully before you buy.

The people on the service line were absolutely hopeless... seriously thought I was being punk'd on one call to them... To be fair, I should say that the Account Manager, did listen to me, and asked questions that were relevant and was pleasant to deal with. For a moment there, I thought someone at Fitness Generation did care and the problem would be looked into, however, any goodwill he created with me was lost once I spoke to the the service manager who was arrogant (an understatement) and clearly did not want to help. Basil Faulty himself would provide better customer service.
