Scam, waste of money – Run from this company they are scam! It is not a money back guarantee and paypal do not help !!! I returned the next day they received it but no refund

Painful item and slow refund procedure – The neck brace caused jaw pain and was limiting the circulation to my face. I requested a refund the day after it arrived and was told that I had to send it back to China, despite it coming from an address in my nearest capital city, Sydney. I posted it on 20th December. It is now 3rd February and I'm still waiting for my refund.
