NO STARS Received a different set of hearing aids from Ausania Hearflex than what was advertised. Paid $249.95 & $8.95 express delivery (took 3 weeks and not 2-3 days as advertised) Very disappointed- Cheap analogue sound and not advanced digital as advertised. They annoyingly amplify every sound even paper rustling!! 90 day money back guarantee is a joke. The Sydney office doesn’t exist, the Sydney phone number not connected and the email info@ausania.com is undeliverable. SO YES IT’S A SCAM straight out of CHINA! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUD! Facebook should immediately remove and ban Hearflex and Ausania from advertising on their platform!

Purchased in for $258.90.

HearFlex Hearing Aids were purchased via PayPal 28 July. They are totally unsuitable. I have sent mails to three advertised addresses to seek a return and refund however no response has been received. The advertising seemed OK. I strongly suggest that you do not deal with this company. Sadly, it appears that PayPal cannot assist.

The hearing aids read well and arrived in reasonable time but were too large so I tried emailing to determine how to obtain a refund (Ausania advertise a full refund within 14 days if not satisfied). I tried 3 different email addresses but all bounced back. On further investigation I discovered that their Sydney Office doesn't exist at the address listed on their website. Also the UK branch of the company has been dissolved so no luck there. I found an email address for the Hong Office and have emailed them but thus far there's been no response. It seems to me to be a total scam. Don't buy them!

Purchased in at online for $250.

Received them fine from Netherlands. They didn't fit so have emailed company a week ago no reply. So I gather that the 90 day refund is a scam why is there never a phone number to call These were for my partner.

Purchased in at Hearflex for $299.

Product was faulty when received. I wrote them: I'm having dreadful trouble. I have carried out the instructions contain with the aids. One of the aids is OK in either ear but the other gives a pulsingzz ffe sound which increases in tempo as I move my hand closer. If I withdraw my hand the sound continues. These same conditions apply with my other ear. I have tried varying the volume and tried all the varying sizes of earbuds. I found changing the earbuds rather difficult. I am 89 years old, have spent the best part of today trying to get this product to work and am most disappointed. There are three companies involved: Ausania, Cymara and Britawell. Replies were difficult. Eventually I received 2 refund offers; 1.100% refund if returned to China with original packaging. Cost to be my concern. I cannot comply as packaging was destroyed when received. 2. 10% of cost and keep the aids. Neither of these options appeal as faulty product was their fault.
