Hearing Savers

I purchased hearing aid batteries that are extremely poor quality. I attempted to call with no answer on 3 occasions and emailed multiple times with once again no response. Poor quality product and customer service. You get what you pay for. Will never order from Hearing Savers again.

I purchased my first hearing aid from Hearing Savers about 5 years ago and found their service amazing. It was time for an upgrade so went back to Hearing Savers. Their fantastic service second time around was even more amazing. Talya Dorfan provided an amazing and very professional service and the price of my new hearing aids was very very reasonable. They advertised hearing aids at a price also stated additional discounts for pensioners, seniors etc and affiliated offices or businesses around Australia, however when I contacted them the $4,990 price jumped to $6,990. were only for private sales not govt hearing services etc,, I feel this whole thing is a classic '[Content Removed]' yes you can purchase them for that price if you want to purchase hearing aids from someone with no services or settings and then you have to take to an Audiologist and then pay them to have everything done for you,, then you have to question warranty and things like that.

Consistently good service – For years now, Hearing Savers has supplied my hearing-aid batteries and the delivery has always been very quick and without problems.

Power One batteries – I bought a lot of these online 29 Oct 2022 & am now finding that their life has degenerated to 1 day instead of 8.They are all expiry 2027-04. 4073 My aid has just been serviced & the result is unchanged. Can you help.

Reliable delivery, well-packaged item & competitive price! – I bought the Miracell Proear formula which is an American product that they seem to only sell through audiologist clinics in Australia. Item was well-packaged, had over a year shelf life which was great and smells amazing! I didnt know what to expect but expectations definitely exceeded! Thank you so much :)

Shop around for a better deal, you may be surprised – Prior to purchasing from any site, I'd shop around. My wife's audiologists sells the Phonak Audeo P30-R for $1,142 each, versus $1,895 each from Hearing Savers (a 65.9% increase). To be honest, my initial impression of Hearing Savers was that they would be the cheapest and it wouldn't be necessary for me to bother shopping around, However, I see now that is some cases they are definitely NOT the cheapest. So, as I said, shop around.

Once we sorted out which hearing aid I wished to purchase, made payment and would you believe the hearing aids where at my front door in 3, yes 3 days.. now that's service. It has been over a week and i am still smiling with how may different noises I hear now compared to my old hearing aids. Just to let you know, my original hearing aids cost me $9000 and many trips back to the supplier to get them sorted... i gave up trying to sort out the issue (2nd pair) and found Hearing Savers. simply the best.. so to everyone i have dealt with from Sally to Ryan and Deb. No show on order – I ordered on line a box of batteries on December 3rd 2021. The satus of the order is shipped, however, the batteries have not arrived. I have contacted Hearing Savers who said more baterries would be posted if the order did not arrive by 21st December. Brilliant service – I emailed Hearing Savers on Sunday evening asking if they could supply a hearing aid receiver for a particular Phonak aid and received a reply first thing Monday morning with a link to the product and information on the size that I would need. Bought online 6 days ago not delivered – I ordered two Phonak mic clips last Saturday. Paid their courier fee. Urgently needed devices. Now 6 days later they have not arrived. Now they are saying they are going to order them in and send therm next week. Disaster.

Great to order most accessories except the domes – A great site to order most accessories for your hearing aids. Although, I don't recommend ordering the domes as I've had two failed attempts now and can't be refunded or exchanged when returned by post. I have a different type of dome for each ear. Both domes were too big, yet I was able to trim the power ones with scissors, the closed ones I decided to return though without doing anything to them with a letter stating the error for the closed ones. Yet no refund or exchange was given. Since there is no Hearing Savers store near me, I can only use the postal service for returns. My second attempt at getting the right size closed domes in small has also been a failed attempt, as they are way too small. Apart from money being wasted on the domes, everything else I've purchased has been great.

paid for these products has been almost a third of the price charged by my Hearing Clinic. I have told them truthfully why I don't buy products from them any more. Too expensive.

The best by far – I bought my Signia ear bungs from hearingsavers and couldn’t believe how much I saved compared to any other source. I have been buying batteries and domes from them as well and have never had a problem with delivery or quality. Absolutely the best!

Good service from Hearing Savers when ordering batteries online – The website is very easy to navigate and offers a good range of brands with prices that are very competitive. I was not charged for postage and email tracking alerts kept me notified of the parcel's delivery timeframe.

their agents are not in every locality so you may need to travel to find one. I already had hearing test results that I had paid for locally, so I could arrange to have my chosen hearing aids fitted while I was on holiday. If you live in a regional area and are not sure what type of hearing aid you need, they may not be for you.
