Online has not been particularly helpful with helping me arrange a refund (which they legally are required to do in this case). When I initially emailed them about the issue, they responded within 24 hours to ask for the batch number, but with subsequent contact, they're not getting back to me for 4-5 days - usually with me re-emailing them to try to get a response. Once again its been 4 days since I emailed them asking them again to assist me with a refund but again haven't heard anything, and their previous responses have not been helpful in the slightest.

G15 and in lens type, SFx Diamond BIO. Boy did it deliver, I used it, normally with some rough use, not a single scratch on the lens even after 5-ish months.

Ordered my second pair for the Oakley Holbrook XLs in same lens type, with the colour Polarized Diamond Burnt Umber. The pair of lenses I got sent originally, had some kind of a scratch in between the coatings, and once I contacted the support service, after taking the photos and other information for investigating how it happened, they immediately shipped a another pair with express shipping. Whole turnaround for the contact-ship was around 2 days. They were perfect, not a single imperfection. Currently they are both still going strong.

They are avoiding my order and requests for an update. And they don't have a phone number that works to be able to follow up. Essentially, they've stolen my money and I can't retrieve the funds as the CC I purchased the items on is closed. If you want customer service, then find alternate online stores to buy your products from.
