eligible. We were also told this restriction was stated in the small print, which it was absolutely not. Wasted time and frustration, especially in an airport setting. Poor communication and misleading information from staff do not reflect the premium shopping experience Heinemann promotes.
I had the most gentle salesperson I’ve ever met very kind and very into understanding of the customer needs. He was extremely patient and guided me to the right liquor that I wanted to buy . I really wanna give him five stars. His name is Mohammed A KKAD.
We arrived in Sydney after long flight from Dubai on Wed 10 July. Fab was so kind, helped us with our purchase of Gin as a present. So wonderful to have staff so happy and efficient. Thank you.
Ali Thi Le Is the best! I've been her loyal customers to get the best single malt since I am the lover of single malt whiskey. You never go wrong with her choice.. Find her whenever you are in sydney airport!
Great service, all star for Sue on the fragrances section (Sue was generous of her time and product knowledge) and at the register section for her (sorry didn't asked for her name) care and consideration. Collection of my purchase was no hassle on return.
There is no other place i will shop for Duty Free – I am blown away with this organisation. refunding me. I did not want them to spend $20 on me to process a $5 refund so explained it wasn't necessary. They insisted on reactivating the discount when I next travel. It was my error yet the customer service lady I liaised with was accepting of my forgetfulness. Result? I will always support Heinemann.

Lazy, dismissive, staff without integrity – I arrived at Sydney International Arrivals to shop at this store on 11/09/24 at around 11am from near gate 50 on a Scoot flight from Singapore. I had checked Heinemann’s website on my arrival for stock of Roseisle 12 year old single malt whisky and stock was available. I was informed by two different staff that stock was NOT available. staff could check at another outlet in departures. I was told there was no stock. This was a lie as another friend saw stock on shelves prior to them departing after my artival. Staff at this duty free are lazy and dismissive. I could have purchased in Singapore however I wished to support my local store. Never again!
