Worst TV ever! – Such a bad TV, can’t even watch simple things like 9Now or any channels on demand.. sometimes I can, sometimes I can’t.. TV turns off sometimes and won’t go back on for a while or without switching off and back on at the PowerPoint. Worst TV ever!

7 Plus on Hisense – this is what I did to access 7 plus. Select live TV on the remote, scroll to 7, then selected the red button and it takes you to 7 plus demand, it worked. I tried from guide button and this did not work. so its particular about the steps

So bad – Purchased this smart TV to watch all the Aussie channels via broadband as we dont get TV at the new house, wow oh wow was a disappointed. It only has the abc app and you cannot download 7 9 or 10 apps not even the system app. I'm very disappointed in my 800 Purchase which is basically unusable. . . Who wants Chinese and Indian news channels I want to watch my local news and TV shows and you can't get that on Stan Or Netflix... Show details

Products made to just outlast the warranty period, really? – Up until the middle of February 2020, I was happy with my Hisense TV. I did have an issue with it, when it was almost new, which was a main board malfunction. Service technicians attended, replaced the board, and everything was good for almost 3 years. After returning from overseas, mid February, I went to turn my TV on, and to my complete… Read more

despair, the problem was back again! I am shattered, as I have told so many friends how happy I was, with the TV! I rang Hisense customer service, and was, at first, delighted with their willingness to help. After following all of their instructions, I reset the unit. All this did, was make the TV WORSE, to the point that it will no longer respond to the remote! The service advisor told me that it would require the assistance of a service technician, but as it is out of warranty, it would be at my expense. I pointed out that it is the same problem that was previously fixed, which means that it's been less than 3 years since that repair! Remember, this part was brand new, and fitted by a Hisense technician! I also brought up with the representative, that it seems as if Hisense are repairing items to get them just beyond the warranty period, and that this is not fair. I also asked if as a gesture of good faith, would I be able to ask for the repair to be done. The representative then told me that Hisense only needs to make things to just outlive the warranty, and that they can't help me, as they would have to help everyone else. The obvious question is, does every other Hisense customer have a warranty claim? Surely not! I rang consumer affairs, and they believe that it's not unreasonable to expect such and expensive item to last well beyond the warranty, not just scrape over the line, after being patched up when it was almost new! Not good enough Hisense, I will be investigating the options given to me, by consumer affairs. I am so disappointed!

Good Tv with 3year peace of mind warranty – I have Hisense 58k322uw smart tv since last 2 years and have no issues with it. Only annoying thing with it is that response time while changing the channels is not good. Otherwise it is a good product, this product is discontinued. Wireless connectivity is good, youtube button on the remote comes handy. I paid roughly 900 for this TV and i will not hesitate to buy another hisense tv in the near future.  Show details

Really good TV for this price – Using this TV for almost 2 years now and so far this is a really good TV for this price. I paid about $800 in 2016 for a smart 58 inch TV, which is a good price. I would have probably pay the double for a brand like Sony / Samsung .... The things that I LOVE with this TV is the Netflix / Youtube button. Actually I took a netflix… Read more

subscription because of my TV, just having to press one button and navigate thanks to your remote is awesome.

90% of my time, I'm just using Netflix or Youtube now.

However this TV has a few con :

- Start time is a bit slow, ~15/20 sec before you get some images

- Sound is crappy, but this is probably the case for most of flat TV nowadays

- EPG only appears when you are browsing at least once the channel, otherwise it appears as blank.

If you want a big TV but don't want to spend extra money to get brand TV, this is a really good TV that I would recommend

movies.

With enough ports for 2 USB and HDMI ports, there's enough for plugging in your gaming system, external hard drive etc.

With Smart TV channels it's easy to access the Internet, Netflix and Freeview. It takes a little while to get used to the settings and Smart TV menu, but once you do it's very easy to navigate. The remote even has a "Netflix" button for easy access.

Love this TV, beyond impressed with the picture quality, the sound and definition. Love watching my favourite shows and I feel like I'm at the movies with the quality of picture.

Ok – I have just bought this TV and I find that if you have played around in the menu to adjust 'Picture settings' whilst in Netflix, or an input like Blu Ray, when you go back to the TV tuner, the remote is very slow to respond and if you press the volume up/down the volume will go up, but the volume level indicator on the screen does not show. Very real crisp picture – The picture quality is excellent, very clear and crisp. The speakers are a great improvement on our previous television's speaker system which had to be spread all around the room. The Hisense has a clear, crisp sound. The unit has enough ports to suit our purposes. We are very satisfied with the Smart TV's operating system and apps?  Show details

Love this TV – Picture and sound quality is great! I can't find any faults with it at all! I bought this for $875 from Harvey Norman and I am really happy with it. Good TV at a great price – The picture quality looks good, though I don't have much to compare it against. With live TV, I do notice a bit of motion blur. Great for the Price – I have been a 'TV Brand snob' in the past, having paid over $4000 for one TV. I needed a new TV for the back room, which is well lit area with large windows and thought I would give the 'Hisense' Brand ago due to reviews on different forums. it home, easy setup, TV leans slightly backwards, but seems solid on its two feet. 4 HDMI ports and multiple USB ports. HD television, Blu Rays look great. Netflix and Stan stream flawlessly. Overall very impressed with this TV for the price I paid. Still playing with motion settings as the BBL cricket looks a bit Juddery, but that also can be the transmission. Would recommend this product.

Excellent picture and great value! – I was looking for a new tv, to replace our trusty old Panasonic plasma in the family room, that has served us well, for fifteen years without a problem. We wanted to keep the same grey stand, so,we,were looking for a tv, with stainless frame and feet. Most cheaper tv's and some expensive ones, have a cheap black plastic frame and feet. This… Read more

television was perfect. It has a high quality grey metal frame around the screen, with matching feet. The bonus was that it was 58 inch, quality looking and 4 K ultra high definition. Add the fact that it has a three year warranty and was on sale for $999 as a run out model and you have something that is impossible to beat.

It was quick and easy to set up and I had a problem trying to set up the favourite channel system. One call to Hisense customer service and I spoke with a lovely Australian lady, surprise, surprise and she talked me through it in a couple of minutes.

The picture quality on this set is not good - it is outstanding. The remote is solid and all the systems are easy to operate. In fact it equals my 65 inch LG 4K ultra high definition that cost 5 times as much.

Some times televisions look better in the store because the are running on demo mode. This tv, looked even better at home, when it was up and running.

The 58 inch has been deleted from the new model line up, but there is a 60 inch.

We use this tv every day and it has not missed a beat. Don't bother paying two to three times as much for a mainstream brand. Give Hisense a go and I am sure you will not be disappointed.
