Bad batch – Hisense have cut some corners on the 2023 model, I had a 2021 model replaced under warranty as the compressor broke, and the replacement seems like a cheap knock off of the original. Firstly the handle on the 2023 batch isn't even the same color as the fridge body and secondly the LED display doesn't even light up like earlier models. Either cost cutting or bad quality control.
