My tv won't turn on. Any help?
MY Hisense/HL65K560PZLN3D led 65 inch tv Has stopped working...No power at all.. No response from remote, nor from direct controls.. What are the possible issues with this? Regards
Tv starts , shows a Hisense logo then a blue screen then screen goes black ... nothing shows on screen when touching remote controller .

Hello, well hopefully you've downloaded the Netflix app , but you have to join up which is about ten dollars a month, and it should automatically sign you in when you go into the app. Hope this helps.
You would need to login to Netflix via the tv web browser. There is no dedicated Netflix supportin this model. Easiest solution is buy a google chromecast device for $50 and stream Netflix to the tv via chromecast. Very easy to use.

yes there are smart iptv apps installed but that model is from 2012 where you limited to youtube as about the only good app. the new hisense tvs include smart apps same as the big brands pretty much - catch up tv abc iview sbs on demand, netflix, youtube, pandora etc. that being said i don't bother using them often coz we have a fetch box and i just watch netflix through that.
I have hisense smart tv 50" ..... My all app is up to date. I can't use my iphone for browsing youtube on hisense tv, why?

you gotta pair it with the youtube app go to external link on your phone i think it gives you instructions if not, find where it says pair in the TV app and enter whatever paring code it gives you into your phone at external link

Hey , i'm just wondering , does this tv have any kinda game mode or anything ?! i connected my xbox to it games are very slow and refresh rate is like very slow ! how do you change the mode ??
I'm sorry I can't help you with that as I don't play games on the tv I just think it's a slow tv as when we play movies through usb the tv can't always keep up that great.
