Holman RGB Colour Wi-Fi Garden Light Controller

What an awful and horrible product that is plagued with problems this is - don’t buy it. At first the controller worked perfectly fine for the first three months now the controller constantly goes off line, the app scenes don’t run properly, it use to tell me me when the controller went offline now that has stopped working as well. The flickering lights adds another layer to this disaster. I have tried every single troubleshooting step imaginable, I have moved the WI-FI access point close to the controller, checked all the cabling even unplugging the cables and plugging one light in - the flickering is still a nightmare. I have added removed the controller, hard reset, removed the device from the app and every other possible trouble shooting step that is on the internet. But the problem is this - Holman has a huge issue with their cloud connectivity, it does not matter how strong your WiFi is or how close your WIFI access point is Holman cannot provide a consistent cloud connection and the worst of it is that because this is such a poorly put together product that requires constant cloud connectivity your lights will not stay on, they will flicker they will drive you crazy thinking its your fault. What kind of rubbish is this that settings etc are not stored on the device to even just keep the lights on? Also if you happen to open the app while a timer is running it will cause the lights to randomly shut off. This is defiantly an app cloud issue. I have other WiFi outdoor GPOs that will still come on at the scheduled time even if the hub is turned off, I have WIFI cameras that are further away than the Holman controller that work perfectly all the time. But Holman has decided to rely solely on the cloud which is a huge failure. I am so embarrassed to even have the lights on when I have guests over, and I am so angry that I bought this product it is absolutely not fit for purpose I feel like my money has been stolen from me, Holman you know that this product is a failure, just look at the reviews of all the angry and frustrated people writing reviews about their bad experience with your product. Take some responsibility and own up to the fact that you have made a very big mistake here, stop blaming your customers for your failure. I will never buy a Holman product again, even just reading the general reviews all of their products seem to have major issues. My next step might be to engage consumer protection I am that upset with this. People do yourself a favor if you don’t believe me go and read all the other reviews before you buy this product.
