HolyH2O Hydronizer

My wife and I each have a Hydronizer and we've been very happy with them. A couple of days ago one of them became a bit erratic, so I contacted customer service. I received some advice as to how to resuscitate it, but it didn't work. The customer service lady quickly came back to me and said not to worry, we will replace the base station for you ASAP. Now, you don't get better customer support than that. Well done Holy H2O

again,katie chimed in 3 jan 26. still had not recieved items. i wanted refund but would not.gave store credit. items turned up 10 jan 26. i decided to buy bench top unit to use store credit and paid difference. when it arrived it was an ionizer not hydronizer so said want to return, packed every thing up and returned,they acknowledged receipt back and would refund. it is now 3 april 26 some 4 months and ive emailed dozens of times but they just ignore. got legal advise and intend to go to cbos and complain. last thing they did was send 2 emails saying refunded for both purchases and take up to 10 days to process, that times well up and sfa from HolyH20 aj josh katie you all are liars and cheats. discusting and all deliberate.BE WARNED THIS MOB ARE CROOKS

I bought one of these and it lasted about two weeks and I emailed the seller three or four times to return it and get a refund and I was ghosted every time and never heard back from them. My Hydronizer base plate could not be recharged and after a fast response to my enquiry and a easy to understand diagnosis with the H20 Hydronizer technician ,immediately a new replacement plate was sent to me. Show reply

I have multiple products from holy h20....the shower pressure head filter was terrible...it's plastic and after a couple of months, the plastic split and it was useless. I emailed holyh20 and they didn't respond. I'm very disappointed.

Use someone else – I wouldn’t recommend this one. Use another brand. It’s a cheap plastic Chinese set up but what’s worse is dealing with the company as a whole. This product performs as described, have only had it one day, but followed the instructions to the letter. Produced the hydrogenated water, no after taste, just pure clean water infused with hydrogen. I researched this before purchase. Their customer service is great, had a couple of questions which were answered by return email. I have tried many other filters, was not happy with the taste. I was searching for great filter with the 7 layers where it filters all contaminated led, chemicals, chlorine, fluoride ect. When I saw H2O on my fb page and checked and decided to try it. It tasted great and looks great on my kitchen bench. Very pleased with it. Show reply

Quick delivery.Great Quality bottle. Better Bottle – Amazing customer service with so many questions I wanted answered, and all were, with speed and very efficient full responses. This bottle has more benefits than I've seen before and is very easy to maintain. Parts don't need replacing and the water tastes great (no taste as water should be when it's pure). factors affecting my testing results. One of them was use of 'distilled water'. I live in an area where we use 'rainwater' which naturally has a low mineral content.

So I bought a bottle of Australian spring water and tested it again. The test indicated the H2 concentration in order as claimed by the company. In other words - it works, and it produces the H2 as claimed.

So, your those reasons 5 stars: the packaging, the quality of product and the customer service is second to none. The founder of HolyH2O contacted me personally for my concerns which demonstrates care and demonstrated calm response to my rather emotional reaction when my tests were negative.

FEELING GREAT – In the week since using this bottle, I have seen notable improvements in my hydration levels. I always drank around 3 L of water a day but some days I still felt dehydrated. My best Christmas reward to myself – When my hydronizer parcel went astray I was worried and contacted HolyH2O office. AJ, who attended to my query promptly took action by investigating and chasing it's whereabouts. Though delivery was delayed due to very busy season, I am now enjoying my magic water.
