No communication skills whatsoever. One Star is not low enough . Wrong sheets received after long delay, and when I finally made contact, was promised the correct product would be sent. That did not happen, and now they do not respond to emails. In store shopping is clearly still number one for me.

Highly recommend - great customer service – I ordered from home direct recently, i had a few small issues with the order however they went above and beyond to rectify it. The customer service was phenomenal and I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again.
Great hotel quality products – I have just ordered for the 2nd time. I am absolutely thrilled with my first purchase of hotel quality bed sheets & quilt and have never slept better. Delivery was a bit on the slow side but when I emailed Nick he assured me that all was good and gave me a tracking number. Highly recommend
Great products and service – I invested in my first high quality quilt with this brand and I highly recommend their service and products. I emailed them a couple of times asking for information before making a purchase, response was good from Nick.
Great service – We had a minor issue with our order when we received the incorrect fabric type for the sheets we ordered. Home Direct were easy to deal with despite it being right on Christmas. They accepted that the incorrect fabric type was sent and made it very easy to arrange a refund and offered free shipping on returns. We were very happy with the service we received.
Crap chinese junk – Purchased 2 x 12 volt electric fuel pump one as back up and both burnt out and they offer no warranty returns, don't use this business
Great service and products – I wasn't sure about this company after reading the reviews but I saw more good reviews on facebook so I decided to give it a shot. The service provided was excellent so were the mattress topper and pillows I bought. I couldn't recommend them enough. I wish people left good reviews as they leave bad ones.
Mattress topper – I put in an order on 07/06/2022 it is now 22/06/2022 and still no parcel will not order again. They will not return phone call
Zero stars – A total failure all around. I had a very similar experience as others. Something needs to be done about their incorrect inventory. apologised but in the meantime the other item I would have bought as an alternative is no longer on sale and I will be out of pocket.

the online support portal. I did not receive a response. After a few more days, I made further attempts via the online portal, again with no response. I phoned the only number available on their website only to be told that I had reached a store and they do not manage and cannot access details of orders made online. They could not provide me with a phone number I could call. I made further requests for updates via the support portal.
I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY response to any of my many queries. After waiting over 2 weeks, and zero response to any queries, I lodged a complaint through Paypal. Within 1 hour (!!!) I was advised that the item I ordered was out of stock, and they arranged a refund. They should not have accepted my order in the first place, or at the very least should have advised me of the out of stock position immediately. Had I not lodged a complaint I am sure they would have kept my money for longer. I would never purchase online again. And then I read that others have had exact same experience. So disappointing and unacceptable. And now after wasting over 2 weeks, need to look elsewhere to find linen for my little boys room.
Failure to deliver – After failing to deliver my goods I no longer have any faith in your company and all I want now is a refund as I no longer have any desire to accept any goods as you've spoilt my 69th Birthday so just refund my money you took it out of my bank quick enough now you can return it the same way asap and I no longer wish to deal with your call center as Im FED up with excuse after excuse

only to be advised that this was their retail outlet and they did not deal with online issues. The girl did say she would ask someone to get in touch with me but still nothing. Finally I lodged a PayPal claim and, it was only then, that I received a dispatch notification. So one month later, I am hoping to receive my towels in the next couple of days.
Very poor communication – I purchased 15 towels online at this site and only received part of my order. Upon receipt the towels were poorly boxed and the order was short 6 towels. email to them and a couple of days later still no response. I then raised a dispute via Paypal and a couple of days in still no response. Today, Saturday I finally got a lady on the phone who tells me she can't help me and that she needs to refer my inquiry to their online staff, she also says, she'll get them to respond as quickly as possible, hilarious I thought. It's very disappointing when online vendors let you down so be cautious when dealing with this business.
