Does anyone know where I can get a charging base for a Hoover Handivac &.2V HH2012 model? The vacuum works great but I need a new charging base. I've tried Hoover and Godfreys and no luck.
how do I take the filter out of the barrel to clean it .

But less than 160wh
Csn the filter be washed when it is clogged up with dust?
Don't know. Unable to fill it because the suction is too weak. But, I would say yes.
Does the red light that indicates it is charging go out when fully charged? The charge light on my new Handivac has never gone out after 30 hours of charging. Is this normal?
Billx, yes the light stays on whenever the unit is connected to power. It does not go off when the unit is fully charged. external link
What a handy feature, never knowing if the unit is fully charged. This should create uncertainty regarding the units reliability efficient battery usage. Thus causing lots of needless purchases. Great work, Hoover; wasting the planet's resources for your benefit. Corporate piracy at its finest.
