Great for small business – I have a small business making labels and this is a great machine for that. I have been through a few laser printers mostly Brother printers, but hp by far was the best for labels. I do find sometime the label paper jams in the manual feed slot but its really important to choose the right setting to allow for best printing. The ink toners are very expensive to replace, but thats to be expected with laser printers. If you find another place with cheaper toners identical product, officeworks will usually price match and offer a further 5% discount. So that helps as well.

You need to use the hp smart software which is simple to install and use. It tells you the ink levels. Unfortunately you cant manipulate the ink cartridge to think its full in order to use it to the last drop, but its pretty good, it allows you to keep printing using other toners until its filly run out whereas some other printers would stop working completely until you replaced the toner.

Overall, love this printer. Would definitely buy hp again and not brother.
