No wonder it's discontinued – Put up with this worthless piece of junk for long enough, going out to buy new printer and it won't be a HP. This thing will never print right, every time I go to use it, it says it is offline even though it's connected right and has the latest software installed.

OK – Overall we are happy with it. Was fairly cheap to buy, but does cost to keep the ink full! Works to satisfaction. It has all three things in one, so saves space. Is fairly easy to operate, just press the scan or copy button on the machine and it will automatically open the scan programs on the computer and start scanning. The photocopy and scan function are easy to use. Prints ok. Although haven't tried to print photos. If you do a lot of printing it is expensive to keep changing cartridges, for this reason ours has sat empty for quite sometime and we mainly use it for scanning now. It can be a little noisy, but for a home product it is sufficent.

OK – The photos I tried printing didn't work properly but I'm willing to admit that might be operator error! I'm happy enough to run down to a local store and have my photos printed for 10-15c each so it's not an issue. I wanted a reliable printer to print out the occasional document for work, letters, emails and the like and that's precisely what it does. The printing is sharp and looks great so I'm happy overall.

There is one issue I have though. For the first few months I kept on having to reload it into my computer. I now have four copies of the driver in my computer as it refused to let the first three copies work after a few weeks. I think this may be an issue with Vista though. The printer worked without a problem when it was hooked up to my XP laptop. Happily, this nonsense hasn't occured for a few months now and it seems quite stable. I don't find the noise a problem at all. Overall, it loses a point for not printing photos and another for the Vista issues which are tedious if not fatal. Cost. Good quality document printing for my needs. I never did manage to get photos printed properly.

Excellent – This printer has been very useful for the quick jobs i've needed to complete and is much quicker than my previous printer. Its small design means it doesn't take up too much room on my desk and the quick & easy access to the print cartridges means I don't have to nearly pull the whole thing apart to change them. All in all this printer has served me well and only costing $65 is well worth the money Small compact design with scanner bed on top

Can scan up to A4 & and any width

Very inexpensive to buy & running costs are low as it uses small amount of ink for documents

Scans documents and photos very quickly at a very good quality

One touch button to scan any document or photo

Quick one touch choice black or colour to copy documents

When printing it does the last page first so when job is completed you have the first page on top and in order It is only loud when starting to feed the paper through to print.
