Absolute rubbish – Bought this printer new when it first came out. I've only ever had issues with it. Constantly refuses to align cartridges, doesn't recognise new ink cartridges and often just hangs refusing to finish a job. Also constantly disconnects and goes offline even if plugged in via usb. Will never be purchasing a HP printer again as this was the 6th and they've all had the same issues. Show details

Installed beautifully but one hitch with one small hitch at printing – Installed like a dream - couldn't fault it. When I started to print nit messaged it was on "idle". I had to pull the cord out and restart it. Worked fine after that. Show details

Beware HP products – Everytime you want to print something you have to go through the Set Up procedure you cant use the USB Cable because it doesn't work. At the moment i cant print anything keeps saying VALIDATION failed. Tried to print in colour but wont work and keeps telling me to use setup cartridge which i have installed but it keeps telling me to use setup… Read more

cartridge over and over. Also i never received the CASH BACK!!! My old Canon printer was never a problem and never missed a beat.
