HP Envy 6020
Very unhappy
This printer is constantly going offline with no way of bringing it back online without having to unplug it and reconnect it. And it is constantly telling me the paper tray is getting low when it has well over half the tray left!

Very disappointed
I'm on a pension and bought this during lockdown. I'm not tech savy. I was told by sales person it was easy to set up. It took me ages set up and I'm still unable to get the machine to print. Very disappointed.

Unreliable. Prints But Nothing More.
Instructions are in Chinese!
Setup was assisted by HP software but finally I had to use Windows to complete installation. It initially needs a printer cable which is not supplied.
Mine prints OK. I have managed to get it to scan on two occasions but normally the software (HP Smart!) tells me scan is unavailable. Often it says the printer is off line which is nonsense because it will still print (over the network as there is no cable)and the network light on the printer is on. Now it simply will not scan. I downloaded HP Print and Scan Docto...

The quality is terrible and it doesn't work properly
I can't believe what happened!! The first print was ok, even if the quality was not as good as I thought it would be, however after that, I just couldn't print anymore, the printing process started and stopped after 2mm. I tried a few times but couldn't make it through. I call HP, told them that I wanted to send back the printer (that I bought directly from their website recently), it took me more than a month, a lot of calls, emails and time to sort it out and send it back. It was a nightmare! I rarely write reviews and especially bad ones but...
Read more if that can save someone's time and money, I'm happy to help. I thought buying from a big brand and directly from them would be easier but it wasn't. I'll never buy from Hp again. The level of incompetency I faced during this process was incredible. For example, it happened that 3 times they told me that everything was ok I could go back to the store where I bought it and get a refund. The first time I said I bought it from your online store, I'm happy to drive to your head office but I don't think that it is how things work. The second time I said "really!!, is that a joke", the third time I couldn't stop laughing... Anyway, I had to get really angry to finely have someone coming and pick it up (that I had to organise and stay home all day 9am to 5pm pick up) lucky that I work from home. No confidence in this product
I bought this printer 3 months ago during lockdown to do some simple printing from home. Very little choice available from Officeworks at that time. Unfortunately it's a hit and miss situation every time I use it. Sometimes it prints, other times not. No message given. After replacing the starter ink cartridge with a new one in September, I have the same problem. Suddenly nothing is visible on the paper at all when printing after a month of use. My old Canon from 10 years ago did a better job!

Very difficult to install initially, but only worked for couple of months and died. HP sent a replacement but it took a technician 2 hours on the phone to get it installed. But still wont print from my HP computer. The technician said the problem is with my internet provider. The first one didn't. Seriously awful. I'll be taking it back.
