Another hour wasted – I've just wasted another hour printing one page. Since we bought this HP110 Envy it fails to print from my laptop almost every time I try. Printing quality is okay - when it works, but as well as being unreliable it is unbelievably slow. It usually prints from our desktop computer but needs the IP Address changing every day or so. Now, I hope I've set it so the IP address won't change again. I did this by typing the IP Address into a browser and then making settings in the printer's software. Then I had to reinstall the printer for the third time.
Too much detail? I just want to warn you that if you're not comfortable with what I just wrote, then this printer is not for you.
This my first disappointing HP product and it led me to find out that HP customer service doesn't exist.
Usually doesn't work. Slow when it does work. No customer service.
