This is the printer for you if you don't mind frustration and have plenty of patience. Frustrated user – Everyone I print, without fail there is an error message, but it does not tell you what is wrong. Printer is unavailable, but the wifi is on? Error after error. I regret I have recycled my old Epson, it was bulky but it works. HP, looks compact and pretty, you need to have a lot of patience and tolerance level, and eventually after many attempts,… Read more

yes it does finally print. Someone recommended brother printer, I should have listened but I liked the compact look of this printer, which really frustrates me and waste alot of my time. When it works it works. You would expect to work everytime, not receive error messages one after another. I just needed to vent my frustration.

Avoid – I bought this a couple of months ago and only used it once. I tried to return to Officeworks a few days later but was told that since it had been used I could not return it under Change of Mind policy. However this product is so bad in its design that I consider it to essentially be faulty. First, it requires constant internet connection to… Read more

work. Set up requires the use of the HP Smart app, which is slow, buggy and irritating to use. The set up process itself requires a HP Account to be created and the acceptance of Privacy Terms. It doesn’t feel like a product you actually own, just one you pay for but is completely controlled by HP. To even delete your HP account requires you to fill out a web form via their privacy policy, there are no options within the app or online portal.

The printer will not work if you try to disconnect it from the internet, and I had to go through the set up process twice in order for it to work, since I found it hard to complete all the steps the first time making the set up fail. I’m a tech savvy person and found it to be confusing and unreliable to the point of being broken, which is why I tried to return it. All this just to print a few b&w pages!

It seems like a compact, simple printer but do not bother, save your money and sanity. I will be avoiding all HP products from now on it’s left such a bad impression on me. I also hope Officeworks considers dumping this product or being more lenient to considering change of mind for such poorly designed products. I will also be thinking twice about shopping at Officeworks after this experience.

Do not get caught – Small compact printer with free ink supply BUT prints so light it is hard to read any smaller detail.Dont bother trying to get backup, they just bump you around until you give up. The big question is, HOW did they get to be such a large a corporation. Do yourself a Favour and buy another brand. I have given up now after three times trying to contact HP Support.. Show details

A piece of junk. OK if you want it working occassionally – I bought printer around 2 yrs ago. It's OK if plugged into power but only works using Bluetooth occasionally. I don't have WiFi so don't know if that works. Sometimes Bluetooth will work fine and will print 10 jobs one after the other. Then other times won't work for days then does again. I bought it as small & easy to transport so l could use it when travelling. Don't recommend unless always being plugged into power supply. Show details

Very tiny and quiet printer. Supports Airprint. Works reliably – I thought long and hard about whether I really needed a printer at home after moving into a new apartment. One of the things I didn't want was the size and noise of a printer. But I caved in after a while because there are some things that are more convenient on the printed page, like recipes! Nothing more annoying than a screen timing out and… Read more

going into lock mode while you have sticky fingers mid-way through cooking something. This HP M15w printer suits my needs very well. I have it hidden away in a kitchen cupboard near the dishwasher (there was an available power point there) and it's tiny and pretty silent in the cupboard. It supports Apple Airprint so you can print directly from your iPhone, or even from MacOS without driver installation, which is handy. My only criticism of it is it seems to pick up two sheets of paper rather than one when printing a page sometimes, and the paper feed area is a bit 'loose' as in the paper just sits there and the guides that are supposed to hold the paper straight seem to come loose after a while. But it's no big deal... the printer still works well overall and can be found for much less than the RRP at many online outlets.

A Gem Of A Printer – I've decided to review this because it's a printer widely available at OfficeWorks and people might be in store actually looking up reviews right now :) I have to say I took a gamble but it was worth it. I'm using it in an office setting where I frequently print out various pages for students. First of all, setup was quite simple. After… Read more

unboxing, I connected it to my wifi with the relevant software, and it just started working like a trooper. What impresses me the most is the speed - I didn't expect it to spit out pages that fast. Now, I wouldn't print huge documents on it, but for sporadic use, it's great. I've owned it for a few months now and it's reporting that it's due for a cartridge which I've just ordered off eBay at half the regular price. It has a small footprint which is handy and the print quality is really pleasing. I have no qualms recommending this printer to you.
