HP Officejet 6962

Absolute Rubbish – Bought this printer for my daughter for use on school work on Oct 7, 2017. So, the workload is needless to say, not that heavy. In Jan.2018, my daughter already reported that the machine is not working, broken. It is within warranty, so HP served up a re-serviced printer as replacement. Within the week, the replacement was already dead. HP served up another replacement. I give them points on "honouring" the warranty, but unless you have nothing else to do in your life except to chase after these low quality machines that HP makes, don't buy HP product.

Lastly, I know you will ask this question, is it a cheap machine? I can assure you, it is not the cheapest machine in the shop, but a medium priced one.

Subsequent to a replacement and promise that it is a brand new machine, not a re-conditioned one, it is now broken again, driving my daughter and me up the walls. it is close to exam and school deadlines, who has the time to go make complaints and try to get the printer fixed?

Absolute garbage that this printer is! HP, why do you even bother to exist?
