HP are the new rip off merchants. Once in you cannot use any unbranded ink! Just paid 110 euros for 1 set of ink cartridges thats 15 euros more than the printer. Wifi is good but it is a rip off to be avoided

Terrible printer. It does not work half of the time. When the ink is low or you have a large print job, it just simply stops printing correctly and will just spread out one line of text. The scanner doesn't recognize pages in the feeder half the time. Even when you change scan from feeder, it still scans blank glass. This printer needs an "office space" to happen to it. I have barely used it in the past few months since I bought it and each time it is more than aggravating. I think the positive reviews are paid bots. Don't waste your money.

Don't buy. It's awful. Can't scan double sided pages (Previous 5yo HP printer could!) And you must install HP app and make an account to be able to scan. Just buy something else

I purchased this printer purely for very light home use like scanning the odd letter or a 3-6 standard page print (no photos). It was on EOFY sale for $139 (normally $180) at Office Works & I have always thought HP was a half decent brand. The thing played up from the get-go.. The touch screen would just go black if you touched a certain icon requiring a hard restart every time. Then once I managed to get it sort of running & scanned or copied something, it would cut off the top & bottom inch of the copied page, regardless of page/heading calibrations done. It would also go on like a T-Model Ford at startup & make a heap of loud clunking sounds.. Thinking I might’ve just got a dud, I exchanged it for the exact same model.. It was also junk… It also cut off copied & scanned pages & when scanning & printing a white page with a little bit of standard black print, it would spit the whole page a light blue, which chewed through the ink.. Anyway, took it back & got a full refund no issues.. Think I’ll just try another brand when it comes to printers..

What a terrible clunky printer. Purchased 3 months ago for home printing but everything works via an ap. You cannot speak to a human only AI. Each time I scan I have to add something new. I would not recommend this printer at all. I had an easy to operate Canon printer previously wished I had replaced with similar printer.
