If I could give it no stars at all that's what I would give and I would never buy another Hp product as long as I'm breathing..

I would give this printer zero stars if possible. Had it for about 6 months. It repeatedly fails to print - with jobs just sitting in the print queue & never progressing even when it is the only job in the queue. No way to manually force or prioritise a job in the print queue, so you are at its whim & folly. Then suddenly it does sometimes print… Read more

it, hours later. By far & away the worst printer - & arguably the worst product I have ever bought If you are considering doing so, do not do so under any conditions. Do not even accept a free, discarded version of this printer. HP you should be ashamed!

The printer is a jet pro unit 8130e with blue tooth conductivity to a computer. A week ago I lost the communication with my computer I spent a few hours trying to re-establish connection having filed. I contacted HP service. I was informed that they had a failure in their firm and we’re trying to address it. I said it would be nice if you would… Read more

contact owners to let them know so they don’t waste time as of yet. It still hasn’t been fixed. I’ve been promised it should be fixed by tomorrow. Pretty service.

Working with IT for 40+ years and I've owned several printers along the way, but the HP 8130e printer far out-weighs being the worst. Here are just a few examples why HP printers should be avoided (and that I've experienced): 1. It takes the… Read more

printer about ten minutes to print a document. According to a tech at the local Best Buy store, the printer is trying to connect to the HP site. A tech at the local Walmart said the same thing. 2. The WiFi connectivity constantly gets lost. I had to buy a USB cable to resolve this issue. So much for wireless! 3. Batch printing is a non-option. If I try to print multiple documents, then those are not queued. I have to open each document to print them. 4. Try to get a hold of a person at HP. Yeah, right. After pushing multiple buttons/options I am sent to a menu of options. There was one time I got a real person, who didn't know much about IT. A chimpanzee could have done more, but at least the seat was warm. Id*ot! And the problem never got resolved. I could actually hear pages being flipped. Where's that chimp?

We got a Brother color printer and there has not been one issue or problem with it.

So, if you're thinking of an HP printer (and all their hype) - DON'T. Buy from a different company!

Never again will I believe (or trust) HP again.

Follow-up  · The HP printer, which had numerous issues, was taken to the dump. The IT group I belong to was told of those problems and at least three individuals did not buy an HP product. Have you seen my online post of this - and the comments? More people agreed with me. Some have said to NEVER buy an HP product.

it did not give me the option of leaving zero stars, this printer has driven me mad, some days it prints some it dosen't want too, and i spend literally hours trying to get the useless piece of machinery to work. cartridges don't last long at all don't waste your money, unless you have many hours in the day to get it up and running again Show details

I have owned this printer for a short time and I purchased 4 separate ink cartridges from JB Hi-Fi for $94.00 for when the cartridges that came with the printer need to be changed one at a time. The printer faded badly and all four ink cartridges that came with this printer all needed to be changed at once. To me I have made a terrible mistake as… Read more

I didnt research this to find this out. I have now researched on the internet & that's correct. If one of the four cartridges is empty all four need to be changed. I have only one choice. Replace the ink with the four cartridges then when they are used up I can try to sell the printer and if I can't sell it, throw it away. Then research, research & research before I buy my next printer
