Went back the next time and it was powered up but when the serial cable was plugged in it said it was offline. Tried to shut it off, no luck, unplugged it, waited a bit and plugged it back in. Nothing. No lights. Tried multiple outlets for the power, nothing. Time to trash it. Epson seems to be making better printers today. My Epson has been flawless and I've owned it much longer.

Flawless Since Purchase – Have owned this printer for around 6 months now and have been very pleased with it. Using this together with the HP Print app on my mobile phone has allowed me to run my business quicker.
