So Mad – Printer cartridges cost a small a fortune. HP detects when cartridges are refilled. HP software won't allow a page to print correctly with a refilled cartridge. This understand the software is not allowing pages to continue to print perfectly. I understand the executives need to buy another house, another car, another yacht. SO MAD.

owned a few HP inkjket printers. With this most recent printer, it just stopped working. The error message was "Load paper into the main tray" - That's it and so the printer wouldn't work no matter what I did. I called HP Printer Support and they said that the printer could not be serviced because it was too old. So now I have to go out and purchase a new printer. HP has to do better. The inkjets are cheap but, the cartridges are expensive and the printers are not built to last. This also results in excessive E-waste in the environment.

HP C410 Photosmart Premium Fax e-All-in-One Printer series – I have had problem with this printer many times, bad quality print, two times this was exchanged. Still same problem and it's drinking too much ink.

Very unhappy with this product – Bought this only to have continuous problems with the automatic document feeder & duplex feature. When I conducted internet searches to find a fix for the problem, it appears to be a very very common problem. the plastic parts all broke and would not reassemble when I attempted to follow the sites poor instructions. Very dissapointed as my HP notebook is great but this is all in one series is a very flawed product The photo printing & colour photocopies are really good. The machine can't be left to do it's own thing as you need to stand over it to continuously correct paper jams and machine faults

Great product with great price – My boyfriend bought it from office work($150) 4 months ago, we thought we need a fax machine/printer because we were applying rental house and it's much easier to fax the application from home(we got the first house we were applying !!!). set it up with my computer(mac but with wondow7) now as I need it to print out some music sheets paper,it works fantastic. It going to run out of the ink soon, hope we can still get a lot use of it in the future. easy and simple a bit slow sometimes
