HP Photosmart B109 All-in-One

Bastorial Install – Likes unfettered internet access during install which includes much scum ware. Even a major retailer sold me incorrect ink. Chip cartridges are for the benefit of HP only. This item was sold at a dumping price of less than half normal retail and I foolishly spent the difference on ink that was not going to work. Right numbers on the pack but physically the wrong size. I will syringe the ink to the old rip off demo cartridges when I can but the chip will probably make that a waste of time.

Very painful set up and maintenance. Only worth it if you are able to give it quite a bit of time. Photo prints well, convenient copy print and SD print. Extremely unstable wireless connection even with locked IP. Forgets settings and likes the occasional restart to drink ink.

Great home printer – Switched to HP from another brand and am extremely happy with its functionality. It is also a very efficient and nice looking machine. Great for photos and has a separate tray for photo paper. Very user friendly. Touch screen. Only comes in piano black which shows dust.

WIFI didn't work – I bouight this printer 8 months ago because we needed wireless with 3 laptops in the house - hopeless!! Keeps dropping of network, is never ready, ink doesnt last as long stated. I complained and received a placement one and it is just the same. Have demanded a refund and will never by HP again Expensive, wifi did not work, cartridges expensive, poor customer support
