I hate this printer more than anything else on this earth – Supposedly, this printer will have ink for ages because it has big tanks - well NO because you need to print 30-40 version of the SAME page in order to get a SINGLE print which has a reasonable amount of streaks on it, it is unbelievable - A chimp with a fountain pen would make a cleaner print. ignores requests to print, so you have to click print multiple times just to do one thing, and it makes horrible, plasticly crunching noises all the time.

Also, if you want to print photos, you are FORCED to log into HP's 'smart' (i.e dumb) bloatware.

This is the most hateful piece of garbage technology ever developed in the entire 800,000 year history of mankind.

Waste of time – I purchased the printer Sunday. After setting the printer via the instructions it came up with an error with the printer head. they were busy and would call me back. I called Friday after not hearing from them. After 20 minutes was transfered to a customer service rep. They spend 30 minutes only to tell me the printer is faulty and return to the store. I asked if they could send me a replacement - this isnt an option. So I now need to spend more time trying to replace a faulty printer. This is not good customer service in this day and age. Avoid HP - waste of time

Absolute Rubbish – By far the worst printer I have ever owned. Comes up with paper jam e4 error when there isn't a paper jam. When printing if it has sat for a week without printing the print nossels are blocked and you end up with print issues so you have to do a clean..Worst pos ever Show details

Rubbish print quality - always missing parts of letters!! – Print quality always unreliable. You have to go through each page to see which ones did not print properly despite having full ink tanks! This is the worst printer I have ever owned – Printer constantly comes up with errors and says their is a problem with print heads . I liked my $30 cannon one better. If it didn't cost me so much , I would take it out the back and jump up and down on it . Show details

Bucket of trash – Cartridge not communicating with printer. If paper isn't sitting exact it looses its crap. Slow and unreliable. Just an all around poor experience, LCD display does not diagnose errors either. Do not buy  Show details

No more cartridges – We have had this a few months and it’s a great printer. No cartridges are great. Print quality is good. Only downside is paper feeding. It runs out quick but okay for home. We print from multiple devices as well.
