Constant issues with connecting to device & poor print quality – I LOVE the design and concept of this printer. however the constant issues with connecting via bluetooth really ruin the experience. I have to do a hard reset to be able to connect almost every time I need to print, and now after only approx 20 prints in total it is printing lines on all the photos. The HP support is very poor, only a robot is available to chat with online. Show details

Cool lil thing – Have printed in colour and they are perfectly size. Fits in a wallet so easily. It is a little expensive tho, you can print out photos from the shops for like 10c each so I'm not so sure it's worth the money. Great product though, would recommend to those who scrapbook.  Show details

picture resolution and quality is also quite poor.

Stopped working literally a week after the warranty ran out - shows me an error saying no paper even though there is paper loaded, so maybe purchase an extended warranty if you want it to last.

This is perfect – Husband purchased to print photos for our smart phones. We print off photos for grandkids school projects, they produce a 3” x 2” shot which is a great size for their projects. The unit has a everlasting ink supply, you don’t have to buy new ink cartridges. You do need to buy the special photo paper which works out to a $1 per photo. Great for kids to use too.  Show details
