Worked well for a year and then ran into multiple issues. Most of the problems are around the docks inability to see monitors. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Looking online this is a big issue that affects loads of users. I'm using a HP laptop and standard phillips monitors (brand new) so really, there should be zero issues. HP customer service just told me to reload the drivers. The thing is that this issue only began after hp released a driver update. Was this planned obsolescence? Either way, I'm unlikely to ever purchase a HP dock again and will advise others to not bother as well (they cost a pretty penny compared to alternatives)

A Must-Have for Busy Professionals – I'm a busy professional who needs a reliable and powerful dock to connect my laptop to my peripherals. I've been using the HP Thunderbolt Dock G4 120W G4: HSN-IX03 for a few months now, and I'm very impressed. The dock is incredibly easy to use. I simply plug in the power cord and the Thunderbolt 4 cable, and my laptop connects automatically. I don't have to worry about installing any drivers or software.
The dock has a wide variety of ports, including two DisplayPort 1.4 ports, one HDMI 2.0 port, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports. This means that I can connect all of my peripherals, including my external monitors, printer, and webcam.
The dock also delivers up to 100W of power, which is enough to charge my laptop and other devices. This is a great feature, as it means that I don't have to use multiple power adapters.
Overall, I'm very happy with the HP Thunderbolt Dock G4 120W G4: HSN-IX03. It's a powerful and versatile dock that has made my work life much easier.
