You can use your factory remote, your touch pad on the side rails or your internal lock and unlock buttons

This shouldn’t be happening. You can update the firmware, as the touchpad does have some sensitivity updates. However, in most cases, this issue is caused by water spraying over the door sensor in quick bursts, which can mimic a double-open command essentially the same as triggering the unit manually.

Hi Paul, Not sure what your problem might be, could be a blown fuse, broken wire or something like that. I didn't have a problem like that, mine just progressively got worse until it basically would not open or close. Good luck.

Thanks for that Mark, I finally got onto a fella at HSP and he told me a few things to check and how to reset the remote, but I found there was power going into the controller, and that’s where it stopped, so they are sending me a new controller and remotes. Hopefully that will fix it. Fingers crossed.

Personally, I'd be looking at more genuine accessories with things that have motors. I bought a central locking hard lid from them 7years ago and the motor died a few months back. They are telling me they buy their stuff from China and can't help me as they don't know how it is put together and to see an auto elect. The auto elects don't wanna touch it and have told me to get a new lid or try tracking down a wrecked vehicle with the same hard lid! Waste of 2.5K. Go elsewhere, after sales is useless along with the products.

I have been to HSP and physically have seen all their stuff get made locally. If you have had a motor fail after 7 years it would generally not be under warranty and you would need to purchase another
