Back in the day carsales use to be great with legitimate buyers. Now its 85% scammers, 10% dealerships etc and only about 5% private buyers with hardly anyone legitimate to buy. Carsales should verify people properly to help with the scammer people.

Spoke to a knowledgable salesperson - Kaleb. He was a wealth of information. Decided on a bike and bike rack. Sent me a quote, which i was very happy with. Returned to pick up bike a few days later. Kaleb was very professional in assisting me with setting the bike up and loading it into my car. Was very impressed with the whole process at the Indoorooplly store.

been diagnosed with engine failure. Hyundai Customer Care (?) and the Suttons Dealer are denying any claims. These are not investment cars but 'throw away' cars.

Price is always hard to beat and the customer service is brilliant. Made an insurance claim on 2 tyres and resolved within 24 hours at the maximum cap, hassle free!

the month. Item was supposedly in stock. A few days later got a email stating item will be sent once restocked!?!? False advertising. Waited two weeks with no response. Used website chat option to contact supplier. No response. Used email got a response that item will be dispatched the next day! Waited....item not dispatched. By now it was around 3 weeks since I placed my order and my son's birthday was fast approaching. Rang company only to be greeted with a 'Due to technical issues our phone system is not working at the moment... Blah blah blah.' Thats handy for them!!!,..saves them talking to all their disgruntled customers..me thinks!!? Contacted them by email only to get a response of 'We appreciate your frustrations but if you contact us by phone again and speak to our customer support the way you did we will be cancelling your order!' What a joke .... As I couldn't even get through to anyone due to the appropriately aponited phone system outage!!! By this point I was deeply disappointed and frustrated at the whole saga so contacted them stating that I couldn't and wouldn't use bad language or abuse their customer support even if I could get through! They then responded with a supposed recording of the whole conversation...(Hang on a minute here ... I couldn't..even get through!!!) Where it clearly showed a few obscene worlds typed in above a supposed play icom showing a recording! So not only does this company not provide you with the product you have paid for it also tries to set you up with damn right lies and accusations! By now I had totally had enough and told them I wanted a full refund and if they didn't act within the next few days I would be reporting them to the trading standards. Funnily enough their next response was slightly different and the order had miraculously appeared!!! I eventually got my money back and my son got a very belated birthday gift from a more trustworthy supplier. The moral of this story is... if you want a fast efficient, friendly professional service, with no false accusations directed at you due to their incompetence, shop somewhere else and save yourself all the huge hassel of dealing with this two bit company!!!

Literally no engagement from ads, customer support is dismissive. Much better results on Facebook marketplace. Save your money.

getting out and about to view used cars was a challenge for us. We stumbled across Carma and after reading some reviews, understanding the full mechanical and visual process they go through on each car decided we’d try and buy through them. The 7 day ‘test drive’ was also great reassurance we could properly get a feel for the car before committing.

The car was dropped off at our place at a time we chose, communication was simple, clear and quick. When the car arrived it was immaculate, fully cleaned inside and out.

Sure you probably pay a bit of a premium but for us (knowing nothing about cars), the reassurance that all imperfections had been spotted and the car has had a full mechanical review was great peace of mind.

Would recommend anyone to try them out.
