The worst tap timers I have ever used. I hate them. They are unable to be used manually and require the related app which is next to useless. They reset every time you connect and start the regime again. They don't go back to auto if you do an in between manual water. Back up support is non existent. Don't buy these timers. Get something that can be used manually as well as BT, if you want a BT one. I complained to the company a couple of years ago and they admitted there were problems with the app, but still haven't fixed anything.

Hi Ceejay, we are confused. You say it cannot be used manually and then mention it not going back to auto after a manual water. Pressing the button on the front of the unit actives the tap manually. You can also run a zone manually from the app. Could you please contact our office in Melbourne to resolve your issue as the app has been updated and we have had few issues since.

They cannot be used manually as in they cannot be programmed, set up, settings changed, etc, without the app. There is a manual watering setting in the app, which you can use for additional watering, if you can actually get the app to connect with the timer and get the app selections to work, which doesn't happen all that often. BTT101 – Blue tooth recognition is poor unit will not operate unless the phone is left out in the street virtually next to the tap. This was Recommended as good quality very poor don’t buy.

Purchased in at Red Earth for $150.

Faulty once, Faulty twice – I had a dual controller for 2 years, it split at the fitting fixed to the controller so cannot be fixed. August this year I buy a single one thinking the previous failure was an isolated incident.... nope!! - Split again in the same part! ‍ Qulaliy issue and the bluetooth doesnt stay commected even within range. Such a waste of money. Attached images are of both failed products.
