Great hoverboard my son loves it, we did have a small issue with one side that stopped working, the HX team issued a return slip and we sent it back and they fixed it up and had it back to us in under 2 weeks, Great after sales warranty support I can’t fault the support that’s been given with this product. The app does not work – I purchased this hoverboard as it enables me to control the speed via a 'dedicated app'. If only the app works. It crashes and their support team is frustrating to deal with. For the price of this product I expected better. Show details

TERRIBLE - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM – I bought my son a Hover Board 2.0 for Xmas 2020, which he saved and paid half of. It lasted 2 months before it started to show issues. I have tried contacting the company on several occasions via email and phone and have not had one reply. My son (7) is now left with a faulty product which he cant get fixed. What a way to ruin his want to keep working hard for nice things.

Disappointed – Bought this for my daughter only to get an email the next day to say there would be a four week wait?!?! I believe I was mislead as there was no where in the website that stated it was out of stock!  Show details

Great product to keep kids busy! – Perfect sized hoverboard for my 7 year old son. Product arrived charged and ready to ride! Spent 3 hours on it, once it arrived and used bugger all charge. Great product to keep kids busy and encourage time outside. My kid loves this! – My son was barely off this from Xmas day to the day it started to develop a rattle a couple of weeks later. We contacted customer support and a few emails and calls later we’d sent the damaged hoverboard back and a replacement was on its way. you're looking for a Hoverboard, then I have to say this Phantom 2 from HX is the Best that I've ridden! It is heavy, but we easily cover a good 10km before getting a battery warning. Relatively easy to carry (we've only run out once, while going up a steep hill that the kids can't even ride their bikes up!), and that was at the end of a days worth of riding in grass around the playground with friends! Holding in the middle was easy, and the kids even took turns holding it like a baby! Links to Bluetooth, and has Massive Output for Blaring Tunes! (or whatever you want to play through your phone - like Airplane Engine sounds as we were going down the Bike Path, for those extra special looks!!) Phone App displays Speed, and customises Light colours. Also allows switching to 'Kids mode', which seems almost impossible to fall off! Makes for an easy transition to Adult, or Full mode, where the acceleration is noticeably different, and a preference to the kids, once their confidence is up! Has been charging within 2hours, as we have been taking it out in the Morning, then taking it out again in the afternoon/evening after a midday charge most days, and app has shown fully charged each time we've taken it out the second time. Basically making a Full days worth of activities quite comfortably. - we've even taken the charger with us to friends, and charged it at friends to ensure we can get back. ;) Getting used to bumps is probably the hardest - it manages them without an issue, but the intuition to lift your foot to step over obstacles is amusingly difficult to fight, making for the only real challenge for learning how to ride. Overall, I have to say that it is the best device to wow friends and family with future travel. It's like stepping into the Future, and getting a taste of what the Modern Bicycle will be. ;) Highly recommend for any age capable of walking! (We've had a 3year old manage it - tho, I wouldn't generally recommend it openly! .. this is a private message, right?) If you're looking for that Special Gift, go get yourself a Phantom 2 Hoverboard from HX, their Customer Service is EXCELLENT! great product – I have had mine for a year now and never bought a case, now I am, thank you for making this product. I use my hoverboard most days to feed the chooks and it has been great.

My first experience dealing with this company – Really dissapointed. Paid for 10inch panther then got email saying they out of stock and want to offer me something else. Yet when I checked the website it is still advertised for sale which is very misleading. Communication was poor it took several phone calls and emails of me to chase them about the refund.

Ie protective rubber strips were not in the box but promptly sent out .power cord was American but an aussie adaptor was placed in the box and they sent the correct Aussie power cord the following week.

Yes the hover board is expensive, but consider this that the cheap versions do not last and the amount of times u have to return them due to issues will leave u disappointed. So in essence you pay for what u get.

The HX hover board in my opinion is the BEST value for money that you can buy. And as for the customer service well I only wish more business were like them. . Absolutely fantastic customer service.

I decide to buy a spare. Doesn't quite match the box description. Having said that, the product is good, the charger and battery don't overheat. It goes well. The Manual emphasises safety first, read and understand, which is terrific, and gives a good understanding of how it works and what it can and cannot do. I've already got it going round the house and along the walkways, all smooth surfaces. It's a lot of fun.

helpful, clear and of a high level. As any normal business that uses a 3PL to deliver there stock I could understand there had been some delays which were out of their control. But they took control and followed up and made it happen. Communicating with me on days as promised. They took the time to explain what was happening and where my order was at. Luke in particular was outstanding and his follow through is to be commended, thorough and prompt. Would happily order with confidence again.

Endless fun and very safe – We have owned our hover board for six months and it’s still a firm favourite with my 11 year old son. It’s well made and with a speed setting also very safe. He loves riding it both off road and on foot paths and we even used it to cover distances trick or treating. telephone. I had to involve fair trading and then i was finally answered and was sent a return postage page to send back the faulty hoverboard and received the new one a month later. Bit of a bummer for my kids to have a faulty item on xmas morning and to able to use it, and then have to wait another 2mos for the replacement.

Customer service needs to up their game and treat people with a bit of respect when they spend over a thousand dollars.

Fantastic! Hours of entertainment for my boys – After all the negative press about hoverboards I was wary when I purchased the HoverX. It has been wonderful, and all my reservations disappeared rapidly, my son has used it so much, great value for money, looks great and he can listen to music at the same time! Life Saver! – I bought this because I really wanted it before they you know disappear for good. Since being injured and all it has really helped me to get around the house a lot and it's a big place.
